Bureau of Justice Statistics Grant
The Bureau of Justice Statistics has recently awarded me a $45,000 Grant for my dissertation research proposal entitled "Policing the Drinking Community: A Propensity Score Matched, Multilevel Assessment of the War on Drunk Driving (1983-2013)". This funding was made available through the BJS Graduate Research Fellowship Program. Along with funding the acquisition of some confidential data and an HLM program license, this will fund travel and tuition for the ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research in 2017.
